Being findable will be off until you switch it on.
You decide what they see
Your name and contact details stay private until you accept a request.
Hide from employers you name
Including your current one. We can't stop someone searching through an agency or another account, so choose what you share with care.
Show what you can do
If you've done a BeCareers screening, you'll be able to choose to share a summary, where the employer you screened for allows it - more than a CV.
Switch off any time
And we'll check you're still looking every few months, so profiles stay current.
