We're building it now, and we want to shape it with employers and agencies who join the early list. Join and we'll tell you as soon as it opens.
No. We are designing it to include only candidates who have chosen to be found, with contact details kept private until they agree to hear from you.
On what the job needs - skills, experience, licences, availability, travel radius and language skills the role needs. Our aim is no filters on protected characteristics.
We do not plan to allow it. Where a role has a legal minimum age, candidates will confirm they meet it. Check the right to work of everyone you hire before they start.
Pricing will be published at launch. We're not planning a fee per hire, and it will be free for candidates.
Yes. It will cost candidates nothing to be found or contacted.
Yes - that is the idea. Candidates you connect with will be able to move straight into a BeCareers screening conversation, and we plan to let candidates who have already screened choose to share a summary.
